2D Visualization of Incompressible Flow Through Machine Learning

This thesis explores the integration of machine learning with traditional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods to improve fluid flow prediction in mechanical systems. It aims to capture complex flow phenomena efficiently and accurately. The research also investigates hybrid approaches combining machine learning with CFD to reduce computational costs. Through validation and benchmarking, it demonstrates the efficacy of machine learning in optimizing design and control of mechanical systems reliant on fluid dynamics, promising more efficient engineering solutions.

MHD Free Convection with Joule Heating and Entropy Generation inside an H-shaped Chamber

Year: 2023

The research investigates the natural convective flow of water in an H-shaped chamber subjected to an external magnetic field and Joule heating. Numerical simulations are performed for different chamber configurations, varying parameters like Rayleigh and Hartmann numbers. Heat transfer performance is evaluated using Nusselt numbers, fluid temperature, entropy generation, and thermal criteria. Streamlines and isotherms illustrate fluid flow and heat transfer patterns.

Air Conditioner Using Peltier Module

Year: 2023

This project aims to create an air conditioner using a thermoelectric module (Peltier) and readily available local components. The design process covers Peltier module selection, fin and fan motor selection, electrical circuit design, and pump selection. SolidWorks was initially used for the design, and the Peltier-Thermoelectric Cooler Module Calculator powered by TE Technology was employed for Peltier module selection. Additionally, an economic analysis was conducted to consider the manufacturing of the air conditioner.

Cooling Load Estimation

Year: 2023

This project utilizes SolidWorks to model a room of specified dimensions, estimating its cooling load during a specific time and season. Integrating climate data, calculations encompass conduction, solar radiation, infiltration, and internal gains. Technical documentation in TEX and a generated PDF report provide insights into cooling requirements, aiding HVAC system design and energy management. The project culminates in determining the tonnage of refrigeration needed for optimal cooling performance.

This UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is designed primarily for automated package delivery to fixed locations. It utilizes GPS (Global Positioning System) for precise navigation and delivery. The key benefits of this UAV include efficient and rapid delivery, cost reduction, and the ability to deliver packages to challenging and remote locations.
